The management products

Management products are products that will be required as part of setting up and managing the project, and establishing and maintaining quality.
There are 3 types of management products: baselines, records and reports.

Baseline management products define aspects of the project and, once approved, are subject to change control. These are:
Benefits Review Plan

Configuration Management Strategy
Plan (Project Plan, Stage Plan, Team Plan and Exception Plan)

Records are dynamic and maintain information concerning project progress. They are:

Reports are snapshots of the status of certain aspects of the project. These are:

Applying the management products

Management products are not necessarily documents. They are information sets that are used by the PRINCE2 processes so that certain roles can take action and/or make decisions.
