Besides competitive prices and the comfort of online shopping we also takes care of the right service associated with your purchase.

Cancelling and changing your ordered books, software and/or self-study

You can cancel or change a placed order free of further charges until the moment of delivery.
Because we try to distribute orders immediately, you can cancel or change an order free of further charges until 15.00.
You can do this by notifying us by phone or by email.

Cooling off period for ordering books, software and/or self-study

After receipt of your order, you have a cooling off period of 14 days. You may exchange or return an article during this period if you notify us within these 14 days. However, it is important that the article is complete and in its original packing (if possible).

Not all articles can be exchanged and/or returned. The following articles cannot be exchanged and/or returned:
Articles that are damaged or incomplete.
Exchanged, completed or obtained promos, discounts or vouchers.

In case you wish to exchange or return your article, please use the following procedure:
The article must be complete and undamaged (if possible).
Notify us of your exchange or return in writing, by phone, or by email.
Return the article and clearly mention your order number and/or invoice number.
The cost and risk to return the article are at your account; we strongly advise you to keep the number of the shipment you received from the post office.
A credit note will be created or the article will be exchanged as soon as possible and within 14 days after we received your article.

Cooling off period for booking training courses and/or examinations

After receipt of your order confirmation, you have a cooling off period of 14 days. You may cancel or change your reservation for a training course and/or examination if you notify us within these 14 days.
Not all training courses and/or examinations can be cancelled and/or changed. The following exceptions apply.

In case you wish to cancel a reservation for a training course and/or examination, the following will apply:
You can cancel a reservation free of further charges until 20 working days prior to the start date.
50% of the enrolment fee will be charged when you cancel a reservation up to 10 working days prior to the start date.
The total enrolment fee will be charged when you cancel a reservation less than 10 working days prior to the start date.
Pre-course material already dispatched will always be invoiced.

In case you wish to change a reservation for a training course and/or examination, the following will apply:
You can change a reservation free of further charges until 20 working days prior to the start date.
A fee of € 180.00 will be charged when you change a reservation between 20 to 10 working days prior to the start date.
50% of the enrolment fee will be charged when you change a reservation less than 10 working days prior to the start date.
Pre-course material already dispatched will always be invoiced.

Changes will only be accepted once; the procedure for cancellation of a reservation of a training course and/or examination will be applied starting from a second change.
